Job Description
North Georgia College & State University is currently accepting applications for a Night Tactical Office (FLEX). This position is responsible to the Assistant Commandant of Cadets for the discipline, welfare and supervision of the NGCSU Corps of Cadets primarily during the hours of 2400-0800 hours. The individual will be required to work some day and evening (flex) shifts as required.
Job Duties
Supervise work involving all aspects of the administration and operation of a military Corps of Cadets as the Senior Military College of Georgia. The Night Tactical Officer (FLEX) provides evening supervision to the Corps of Cadets in military training, community activities and academic preparation.
Qualifications
High school graduate is required; however, a Bachelors degree is preferred. Must have prior military active duty experience as a supervisor of military housing. Prefer a retired commissioned office or senior Non-Commissioned Officer with recent active duty experience in military housing, training, coaching and teaching. Prefer that candidate has previous experience working with college students in a Senior Army ROTC program.
